You have 14 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must have the original tag attached. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.  

For exchanges:

After inspection, a replacement item(s) will be issued and will be shipped.
If your item fails to be in perfect condition, we will contact you with your options to proceed.

For refunds:

As per company policy, the customer is responsible for the Shipping back to our warehouse for their return/exchange.

Please note: All returned packages must be sent with a tracking number. Jensh & Co cannot be held responsible for any unreturned packages. Packages can be sent without tracking at your own risk.
